Our requirements
Driver's license and car
Our staff need to have their own car and valid driver’s license in order to commute to different properties each day
Background check
To keep our customers safe, we perform background checks on all applicants to ensure the highest level of security
Work permit
All applicants must be authorized to work in the US
English speaking
Our staff is required to be proficient in English, both verbally and in writing, to be able to communicate with us and customers
Thoroughness
Must be able to manage applications for checklists, time management and GPS, all in a timely manner
